Trip # 1 - November 8, 19 Y. Cheshon
"Ancient Usha - Here It All Began" After the Bar Kochba revolt, the local center of gravity moved to Galilee and the Sanhedrin wandered to Usha. In recent years, Usha has been exposed to the plethora of covetousness and reveals her Jewish and non-Jewish past. We will visit the site with Yair Amitsur - an archaeologist of the Israel Antiquities Authority, who excavated the site.

Trip # 2 - 6.12.19
How Wheel Wheel Turns - From Jewish Towns to Christian Settlements on the Shore of the Sea of Galilee Let's start the day by visiting the remains of a synagogue that was excavated on the shore of the Jewish town of Kursi, from where we proceed to the site of its ancient site in El Araj - a forgotten site that has only been discovered in recent years Kinneret College, headed by Prof. Moti Aviam. The tour will be guided by archaeologist Eran Meir - from the Shamir Institute for Research Excavated at Kursi.

From the house of Rabbi to the Beit Midrash (Sanhedrin) in Beit Shearim In recent years, the remains of the settlement of Beit Shearim in the Lower Galilee are being exposed. So beyond the impressive burial caves, the image of an interesting and impressive Jewish town emerges. We will visit the site of the Beit Shearim settlement on the site with Rona Abisaf the excavator on the site together with Dr. Adi Ehrlich.

Trip # 4 - 7.2.20 Yev Shevet
Less-known synagogues in the eastern Lower Galilee will open the day with a tour of Horbat Koor, which is located at the top of a hill, in the Lower Galilee and from there an impressive view of the Galilee and the Golan. We will visit a site that has been exposed in recent years with Dr. Yanon Shabtiel - an archaeologist who participates in the site's archeological excavations, revealing the past and the beauty of the synagogue that stands on the site. We will continue from here to Wadi Hamam to another synagogue excavated by Dr. Uzi Livner. Beautiful and impressive mosaic floors discovered in the country.
